Acceptable Use Policy

NOVA is strictly safe-for-work. You must not use the Service to upload, prompt for, or generate:

• Nudity or sexual content of any kind, including sexually suggestive depictions.
• Minors — any content depicting or appearing to depict persons under 18. Photos appearing to show minors are refused.
• Real people without consent — LoRAs or photos of identifiable people unless you are that person or have their explicit consent and the necessary rights.
• Content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, violent, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property.
• Deceptive impersonation or deepfakes intended to mislead.

Enforcement

Every prompt and output is checked automatically; outputs with nudity are blocked, deleted and refunded in credits, and the event is logged. Repeated or serious violations lead to account termination and, where required, reports to authorities.

Takedown process

If you believe content generated on NOVA depicts you without consent or otherwise violates this policy, email ioansergio2003@gmail.com with subject “Takedown”, describing the content and your relationship to it. We review reports promptly, remove violating content, and confirm by email.
