Refund Policy

• Failed or blocked generations are refunded automatically in credits to your account — you are never charged for an image you don’t receive.
• Unused credit packs can be refunded in full to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase, provided none of the credits in that pack have been used.
• Partially used packs: after you start using credits you request immediate performance of the digital service; the 14-day withdrawal right then no longer applies to the used part. Contact us and we’ll review case by case.
• How to request: email ioansergio2003@gmail.com from your account email with the purchase date. Refunds are processed within 14 days.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU.
