Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These terms govern your use of NOVA (“the Service”), an AI image generation studio operated by Ioan Sergio, Spain (“we”, “us”). Contact: ioansergio2003@gmail.com.

1. The Service

NOVA lets you generate images with AI from a LoRA model you upload, an optional pose reference photo, and a text prompt. The Service is strictly safe-for-work. The Service is currently in pre-launch.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account and for all activity under it.

3. Your uploads

You may only upload LoRAs and photos that you own or have the necessary rights to, and for which you have the consent of any identifiable person depicted. You keep ownership of your uploads and grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to provide the Service to you.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable use policy. Prompts and outputs are moderated automatically; violating content is blocked and may lead to removal and account termination.

5. Credits and payment

Generations are paid with prepaid credits purchased as one-time packs. 1 credit = 1 standard image; HD upscale costs 1 additional credit. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing section and include VAT where applicable. Refunds follow the Refund policy.

6. Generated images

Subject to these terms and your rights in your inputs, you may use images you generate. AI outputs may be imperfect; we do not guarantee any particular result. We do not add fake camera metadata to outputs.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion at any time.

8. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits rights you have as a consumer under EU or Spanish law.

9. Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may also bring claims in the courts of their place of residence. EU online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify registered users of material changes.
